Tanggung Jawab
- Provide expert clinical and technical support during orthopedic surgical procedures.
- Educate healthcare professionals on the proper usage, maintenance, and clinical application of orthopedic devices.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify market needs and provide feedback on product performance.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional consultation and rapid issue resolution.
- Ensure compliance with all hospital protocols, safety guidelines, and clinical regulations.

Kualifikasi
- Degree in Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, or a related healthcare/medical field.
- Proven clinical experience, preferably within an operating room or orthopedic department.
- Strong understanding of surgical instrumentation and orthopedic surgical procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and educate medical professionals.
