We are looking for a passionate professional to train, support, and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure the effective use of our advanced medical solutions. In this pivotal role, you will act as a bridge between cutting-edge robotic technology and clinical practice, ensuring that medical professionals are fully equipped to maximize patient outcomes.
Your day-to-day will involve conducting comprehensive training sessions, providing on-site technical support, and working closely with surgeons and hospital staff to optimize surgical workflows. We value individuals who can translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable instructions for clinical teams.
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct hands-on training and onboarding for surgeons, nurses, and hospital staff on robotic systems and associated software.
- Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for medical robotics equipment to ensure minimal downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product management, to improve system performance and user experience.
- Perform regular equipment maintenance checks and calibration to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Develop and update clinical protocols and documentation based on best practices in robotic-assisted surgery.
- Represent IDS Medical Systems at medical conferences and internal stakeholder meetings.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Nursing, Biology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in clinical support, medical device sales, or healthcare technology.
- Strong understanding of robotic-assisted surgery procedures and medical terminology.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel to various healthcare facilities within the region as required.
- Proven problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
