Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive demonstrations and training for medical aesthetic treatments including injectables, laser therapies, and non-surgical procedures
- Lead clinical trials for new aesthetic products, ensuring protocol adherence and accurate data collection
- Develop and implement standardized training materials for medical staff on aesthetic treatment protocols
- Provide expert medical consultations and treatment planning for aesthetic procedures
- Monitor patient outcomes and document treatment efficacy for clinical trial purposes
- Collaborate with R&D teams to evaluate new technologies and product formulations
- Maintain strict compliance with medical safety standards and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with valid Indonesian medical license
- Minimum 2 years experience in dermatology, cosmetic surgery, or medical aesthetics
- Certification in aesthetic medicine procedures (e.g., injectables, laser treatments)
- Experience in clinical trial participation or medical research protocols
- Strong communication skills with ability to train medical professionals
- Knowledge of FDA and Indonesian health regulations for aesthetic products
- Proficiency in medical documentation and data management systems
