- Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary clinical team of healthcare professionals
- Develop, implement, and monitor clinical policies ensuring compliance with DOH and JCI standards
- Oversee daily clinical operations including patient flow, resource allocation, and quality assurance
- Conduct performance reviews, create development plans, and foster a culture of continuous learning
- Collaborate with medical directors to implement evidence-based treatment protocols
- Analyze clinical metrics to identify improvement opportunities and drive quality initiatives
- Manage departmental budget, inventory, and vendor relationships for clinical supplies
- Ensure seamless coordination between clinical, administrative, and support departments
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field; Master's preferred
- Minimum 5 years clinical experience with 2+ years in healthcare leadership
- Current PRC license with active professional practice
- Proven track record in team management and operational excellence
- Strong knowledge of Philippine healthcare regulations and quality standards
- Advanced proficiency in EHR systems and healthcare analytics tools
- Exceptional communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in Healthcare Management or Quality Improvement (e.g., CPHQ) is advantageous
