Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end closing processes for real estate/financial transactions from signed offer to final settlement
- Prepare, review, and coordinate all closing documentation including contracts, disclosures, and compliance paperwork
- Act as primary liaison between lenders, attorneys, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment
- Monitor and enforce strict compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Track critical deadlines, contingencies, and milestones using transaction management systems
- Resolve discrepancies and issues proactively to prevent closing delays
- Maintain comprehensive documentation archives for audit and reference purposes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in transaction coordination, real estate closing, or financial operations
- Proficiency in document management systems and transaction software (e.g., DocuSign, Salesforce)
- Deep understanding of real estate closing procedures and regulatory compliance (e.g., SEC, BSP guidelines)
- Exceptional attention to detail with ability to spot inconsistencies in complex documents
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder coordination
- Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously in fast-paced environments
- Advanced Excel skills for financial calculations and reporting
