Elitez Group is seeking a visionary and highly technical Cloud Architect Team Lead to drive our digital transformation initiatives in Jakarta. In this pivotal role, you will act as the bridge between high-level business strategy and technical execution, leading a team of talented engineers to build scalable, secure, and resilient cloud infrastructures.
You will be responsible for defining our cloud roadmap, optimizing costs, and implementing best-in-class cloud governance. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys mentoring developers, and possesses a deep understanding of multi-cloud or hybrid environments. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of cloud engineers to deliver high-quality cloud solutions.
- Design and oversee the deployment of secure, scalable, and highly available cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Define technical standards, best practices, and documentation for cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align cloud strategies with business requirements and budget constraints.
- Implement rigorous security frameworks, ensuring compliance with global and local data protection regulations.
- Conduct regular performance audits and cloud cost optimization analysis to ensure efficiency.
- Lead migration projects from on-premises systems to cloud-native environments.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team lead capacity.
- Proven expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) with relevant professional certifications.
- Strong background in IaC (Infrastructure as Code) using Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Deep understanding of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and microservices architecture.
- Excellent English communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
