Tanggung Jawab
- Provide Tier 2/Tier 3 technical support for cloud infrastructure including AWS, Azure, and GCP platforms
- Diagnose and resolve complex cloud service issues, including network connectivity, storage, and compute resources
- Monitor cloud environments using tools like CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, and Google Stackdriver
- Implement automation scripts to streamline cloud operations and reduce manual interventions
- Collaborate with development teams to deploy and maintain cloud-native applications
- Document technical procedures, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles
- Conduct regular security audits and compliance checks for cloud environments
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in cloud support or cloud operations roles
- Proficiency in at least one major cloud platform (AWS/Azure/GCP) with relevant certifications
- Strong understanding of networking concepts, virtualization, and container technologies
- Experience with monitoring tools, scripting languages (Python/Shell/Bash), and automation frameworks
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to diagnose complex technical issues
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator, or Google Cloud Professional
