Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in insurance product distribution.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements for Client Lifecycle Management (CLP) initiatives.
- Prepare detailed reports and dashboards that translate complex technical data into meaningful business insights.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and lead management processes.
- Support the development and implementation of optimized workflows to improve sales productivity.
- Work closely with IT and operations teams to ensure data integrity and system efficiency.
- Provide ongoing analysis to support management in setting realistic sales targets and forecasts.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of sales cycle management and customer lifecycle processes.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Excel, or BI tools like Tableau/Power BI).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- High analytical thinking with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performance team in a fast-paced environment.
