Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end daily operations of the fitness club to ensure a seamless member experience.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team of trainers, front desk staff, and maintenance personnel.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive membership acquisition and retention rates.
- Manage facility maintenance schedules and ensure all US/Italy-imported equipment is in peak condition.
- Monitor and manage operational budgets, including revenue tracking and expense control.
- Develop and execute club events, fitness challenges, and promotional programs.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards within the club premises.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in gym management or high-end hospitality operations.
- Proven track record of managing operational budgets and achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead a professional team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Strong organizational abilities with a focus on facility maintenance and operational efficiency.
- Possess a genuine passion for the fitness industry and health trends.
- Residing in or willing to relocate to Tegal, Jawa Tengah.
