The Role

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the overall daily operations of the padel club, including court scheduling, maintenance, and facility cleanliness.
- Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team of front-of-house staff, coaches, and support personnel to deliver outstanding service.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase court utilization, grow membership, and drive event bookings.
- Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, control costs, and maximize profitability through strategic pricing and inventory management.
- Organize and coordinate tournaments, social leagues, corporate events, and special promotions to enhance community engagement.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards across all club areas.
- Act as the primary point of contact for members, handling feedback, resolving complaints, and fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role within a sports club, hotel, fitness center, or recreational facility.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and managing operational budgets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and develop staff.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken). Mandarin is a plus due to the Batam market.
- High energy, self-motivated, and passionate about sports and healthy lifestyles.
- Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and varying shifts as required by the club operations.
