- Oversee daily club operations and ensure smooth functioning of all facilities
- Manage and supervise club staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance member experience and satisfaction
- Coordinate padel tournaments, events, and promotional activities
- Maintain high standards of customer service and facility cleanliness
- Handle member inquiries, registrations, and club membership management
- Monitor and manage club budget, expenses, and revenue generation
- Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices in club management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in club or sports facility management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of padel rules, equipment, and industry standards
- Proven experience in customer service and member relations
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Proficiency in club management software and Microsoft Office applications
