Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee financial operations for multiple hotel properties, ensuring compliance with company policies and Indonesian regulations
- Prepare and analyze cluster-level financial statements, budgets, and forecasts with variance reporting
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure financial integrity
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting
- Collaborate with hotel management to develop financial strategies supporting business growth
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide financial insights to senior leadership
- Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations across cluster properties
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/ACCA certification preferred
- Minimum 5 years of financial management experience in hospitality sector
- Proven experience in cluster or multi-unit financial oversight
- Expertise in Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations
- Advanced proficiency in financial software and ERP systems
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies
