- Oversee daily operations of LubeBay service centers, ensuring adherence to company standards and safety protocols
- Lead, mentor, and develop service teams through performance coaching and skills training
- Monitor inventory levels, manage supply chains, and optimize resource allocation
- Analyze operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions
- Foster strong customer relationships by resolving concerns and ensuring service excellence

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in team leadership or supervisory roles
- Proven track record in customer service excellence and team development
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret operational data
- Proficiency in inventory management and basic financial reporting
