Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive cluster-wide sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales and marketing team to deliver high-performance results.
- Manage key account portfolios, including travel agencies, corporate clients, and online travel agents (OTAs).
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and adjust tactics accordingly.
- Collaborate with operations and management teams to enhance service offerings and guest satisfaction.
- Execute digital marketing campaigns and manage promotional activities across various social media platforms.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, progress reports, and budget analysis for senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a managerial sales or marketing role within the hospitality/hotel industry.
- Deep understanding of the Bali tourism market and current industry trends.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM software, digital marketing tools, and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent command of English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a remote or island setting.
