Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations and sales performance of all assigned branches within the cluster to ensure consistent profitability.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns to meet and exceed monthly targets.
- Lead, mentor, and coach a diverse team of sales associates, fostering a positive and high-performance work environment.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and identify training needs for staff development.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock availability, and merchandise presentation to ensure optimal merchandising standards.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with regional management to report on sales trends, operational status, and strategic initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in retail sales supervision or store management.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet strict deadlines.
- Willingness to travel between branches as required for supervision and operations.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems and retail operations.
