Mandiri Andalan Utama is seeking a visionary Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) for Finance to lead our financial strategy and drive sustainable growth. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial health of the organization, developing comprehensive financial strategies, and ensuring alignment between financial planning and business objectives. You will act as a strategic partner to the executive team, providing insightful analysis to support high-level decision-making.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute a robust financial strategy to support the company's long-term growth and profitability.
- Oversee the budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes to ensure accuracy and transparency.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Analyze market trends and financial data to identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
- Ensure strict compliance with all local tax laws, financial regulations, and internal control policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to provide financial insights that drive operational efficiency.
- Manage cash flow, liquidity, and capital expenditure to maintain the organization's financial stability.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong understanding of financial management, strategic planning, and risk assessment.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent professional qualification is highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
