Are you a motivated sales professional looking to build a rewarding career in automotive finance? Mandiri Andalan Utama is currently seeking a highly energetic and target-oriented Credit Marketing Officer (CMO) to represent BRI Finance in the Manado region. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving our financing products for new and used vehicles, as well as multipurpose financing solutions.
As a CMO, you will serve as the primary point of contact for prospective debtors, providing expert guidance on financing structures while ensuring a seamless application process. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in a field-based sales environment and possess a strong drive to exceed performance targets while delivering excellent customer service.
Tanggung Jawab
- Conducting direct field marketing to identify and acquire potential customers for car financing.
- Presenting and explaining BRI Finance product benefits for new and used cars to prospective debtors.
- Performing initial screening and document verification for potential credit applicants.
- Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of leads within the Manado territory.
- Ensuring all credit applications meet the company's compliance and risk standards.
- Maintaining regular communication with customers throughout the application and approval process.
- Achieving monthly individual sales targets as set by the management team.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in automotive sales, banking, or multi-finance is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Own a motorcycle and possess a valid Driver's License (SIM C).
- Good understanding of the local market in Manado and surrounding areas.
- Able to operate basic office software and mobile reporting applications.
