Join Mandiri Andalan Utama as a Customer Marketing Officer (CMO) for BRI Finance and become a key driver in Indonesia's automotive financing landscape. This specialized role focuses on promoting BRI Finance's comprehensive vehicle financing solutions, including new car purchases, used car financing, and multi-purpose loans. You'll directly engage with prospective customers, presenting tailored financial products that empower them to achieve their mobility goals. As an ambassador for BRI Finance, you'll leverage your sales expertise to build lasting relationships while contributing to the growth of one of Indonesia's leading financial institutions. Tanggung Jawab
- Directly offer BRI Finance financing products (new cars, used cars, multi-purpose loans) to prospective customers
- Conduct market analysis to identify high-potential customer segments and sales opportunities
- Develop and execute personalized sales strategies for vehicle financing solutions
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional follow-up and consultation
- Collaborate with finance teams to ensure smooth loan processing and documentation
- Track sales performance and contribute to achieving monthly/quarterly targets
- Provide market feedback to product development teams to enhance financing offerings
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in automotive or financial services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customer-focused mindset
- Ability to understand financial products and explain complex terms simply
- Target-driven with proven track record in meeting sales objectives
- Proficiency in CRM software and digital sales tools
- Valid driver's license and familiarity with local automotive market
