In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for translating complex engineering designs into precise, optimized CNC programs using advanced 5-axis machinery. You will lead the programming process from start to finish, ensuring that all toolpaths are efficient, accurate, and compliant with safety standards.
Your expertise will directly impact our production quality. You will verify tool paths through simulation, perform post-processing adjustments, and collaborate closely with our engineering teams to troubleshoot any issues that arise during the manufacturing process. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and program complex CNC toolpaths for 3D and 5-axis machining operations using industry-standard software.
- Verify and simulate G-code and toolpaths to ensure machine accuracy, safety, and material efficiency.
- Optimize machining strategies to reduce cycle times and minimize material waste during production.
- Troubleshoot and debug CNC programs to resolve production errors and improve part quality.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models.
- Perform post-processing tasks, generate necessary reports, and maintain programming documentation.
- Conduct regular machine setup checks to ensure the CNC is ready for production runs.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in CNC programming and operation.
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with 5-axis CNC machines.
- Proficiency in CNC software such as Mastercam, Fusion 360, Siemens NX, or Catia.
- Strong understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) and manufacturing tolerances.
- Experience specifically in millwork or countertop fabrication is highly advantageous.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a remote (WFH) setting.
