Tanggung Jawab
- Program and operate CNC 5-axis machines (Milturn Mazak, Schneeberger, Wele, Brother)
- Set up, calibrate, and maintain precision machining equipment
- Interpret technical drawings and CAD/CAM specifications
- Perform quality inspections using measuring instruments
- Optimize machining parameters for efficiency and precision
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement corrective actions
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintenance schedules
- Document production data and quality reports
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years experience with CNC 5-axis machining
- Proficiency in CNC programming and G-code
- Familiarity with Mazak, Schneeberger, Wele, and Brother systems
- Knowledge of precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, CMM)
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Technical certification in CNC operations preferred
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
