- Oversee daily CNC lathe operations and mass production schedules
- Lead and mentor machine operators to achieve efficiency targets

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years of experience in CNC lathe operations management
- Proven track record of achieving mass production targets
- Certification in CNC programming or machining technology preferred
