Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor CNC milling/turning machines to produce precision components
- Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance
- Read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and machining instructions
- Measure finished products using calipers, micrometers, and gauges for quality control
- Adjust machine parameters (speed, feed, tooling) based on material specifications
- Document production data, machine logs, and quality inspection reports
- Maintain clean and organized workspace following 5S principles
- Collaborate with team members to improve production efficiency and reduce waste
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience operating CNC machines (milling/turning)
- Technical/vocational certification in machining or related field preferred
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T)
- Basic knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting procedures
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle raw materials
