Tanggung Jawab
- Operate CNC milling machines to produce precision components according to specifications
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and machining instructions
- Perform routine machine maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting
- Monitor cutting processes and adjust parameters for optimal performance
- Inspect finished products using precision measuring instruments
- Maintain clean, organized workspace and adhere to safety protocols
- Document production data and maintain quality records
- Collaborate with engineering team for process improvements
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or technical certification in machining
- Minimum 2 years of CNC milling machine operation experience
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and GD&T principles
- Familiarity with measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
- Knowledge of CNC programming basics (G-code)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Attention to detail and quality focus
- Ability to work independently and in team environment
