- Conduct pre-application surface preparation inspections to verify cleanliness and profile requirements
- Monitor coating application processes for compliance with manufacturer specifications and environmental conditions
- Perform wet film and dry film thickness measurements using calibrated gauges
- Document inspection results, non-conformities, and corrective actions in detailed reports
- Coordinate with project teams to implement quality control measures effectively
- Identify coating defects and recommend technical solutions for remediation
- Maintain calibration records for inspection equipment and tools
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years experience in coating inspection within construction or industrial sectors
- Certification in NACE or SSPC coating inspection standards preferred
- Proficiency in coating application techniques and surface preparation methods
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Excellent written communication skills for preparing inspection reports
- Ability to work independently in remote project sites with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel across Kalimantan region
