- Operate coating/painting machinery to apply finishes per technical specifications
- Monitor coating processes for quality consistency and material efficiency
- Perform pre/post-coating inspections using precision measurement tools
- Prepare and maintain coating equipment including nozzles, filters, and pumps
- Document production data and quality metrics in digital tracking systems
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and environmental regulations
- Collaborate with maintenance team to troubleshoot equipment issues
- Recommend process improvements to enhance coating quality and productivity
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or technical certification required
- 1+ years industrial coating/painting experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of coating materials and chemical properties
- Ability to read technical drawings and process specifications
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Experience with quality control inspection methods
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle materials
- Willingness to work in shifts and overtime when required
