- Oversee daily operations of multiple retail outlets in Metro Cebu, ensuring adherence to company standards and policies
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share
- Monitor and analyze sales data, inventory levels, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement
- Lead, motivate, and develop store managers to build high-performing teams
- Coordinate with marketing department to execute promotional campaigns and events
- Ensure excellent customer service standards across all retail locations
- Manage store budgets, expenses, and resource allocation
- Conduct regular store visits to assess performance and provide guidance to store managers
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the fuel or convenience store industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving operational efficiency
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and development
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and customer service best practices
- Proficiency in using retail management software and analytics tools
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
