- Accurately encode daily sales transactions and update inventory records in real-time
- Maintain and reconcile financial data to ensure zero-discrepancy reporting
- Process and document daily sales reports, invoices, and payment records
- Collaborate with accounting teams to verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies
- Generate periodic financial summaries and inventory status reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies and data security protocols
- Support month-end closing procedures and financial audits
Kualifikasi
- Graduate of Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 1 year experience in data encoding or bookkeeping role
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero)
- Exceptional attention to detail with 99.5% data accuracy requirement
- Strong numerical aptitude and analytical skills
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced retail environment
- Excellent communication skills for cross-department collaboration
