Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the full lifecycle of real estate debt collection, ensuring timely and compliant recovery.
- Ensure all collection activities strictly adhere to the Batas Pambansa (BP) 22 and other relevant Philippine banking and lending laws.
- Prepare, review, and file necessary legal documents, including notices of default and demand letters.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments on delinquent accounts to determine appropriate recovery strategies.
- Coordinate with external legal counsel and litigators regarding foreclosure proceedings and court cases.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all compliance activities and transaction histories in the CRM system.
- Develop and implement internal policies to minimize non-performing assets (NPAs) while maintaining ethical standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Management, Real Estate Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Real Estate Collections or Legal Compliance within the Philippines.
- Strong working knowledge of Philippine Civil Code, Commercial Code, and Anti-Red Tape Law.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and case management software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines under pressure.
- Professional certification in Risk Management or Compliance (e.g., CAMS, CCE) is an advantage.
