Tanggung Jawab
- Initiate outbound calls to customers with past-due accounts to discuss payment options professionally.
- Negotiate payment arrangements that align with company policies while maintaining customer rapport.
- Document all collection activities accurately and update account statuses in the internal CRM system.
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding account discrepancies or billing concerns in a timely manner.
- Analyze customer financial situations to provide appropriate debt settlement or repayment plans.
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly individual and team collection targets.
- Adhere to all legal regulations and internal compliance standards during the collection process.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of Senior High School graduate or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
- Previous experience in collections, customer service, or telemarketing is highly preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and database management.
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and composed under pressure.
- Willingness to work on-site in Mandaluyong City.
