Your primary goal will be to visit clients within the Ilagan region, providing professional guidance on payment schedules and resolving account discrepancies with integrity and empathy. Wheeltek values hard work and offers a clear path for professional advancement within the organization.
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct daily field visits to customers to discuss account statuses and facilitate payment collection.
- Develop and negotiate professional payment arrangements or restructuring plans for delinquent accounts.
- Provide high-quality customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving account disputes.
- Maintain detailed and accurate logs of all field activities, customer interactions, and collection progress.
- Coordinate closely with the Branch Manager and Accounting team to ensure payment records are up-to-date.
- Remit all collected funds daily in accordance with company security and accounting protocols.
- Monitor assigned accounts to identify potential risks and report findings to management promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Must possess at least a High School Diploma; Vocational or Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance is preferred.
- Previous experience in field collections, sales, or customer service is a significant advantage.
- Must have a valid driver's license and proficiency in operating a motorcycle for daily field travel.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a professional and persuasive demeanor.
- Excellent knowledge of the local geography and routes within Ilagan City and Isabela province.
- Demonstrated integrity, honesty, and a high sense of accountability.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet collection targets.
