- Contact clients via phone, email, and in-person to collect overdue payments
- Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and account issues
- Maintain accurate records of collection activities in financial systems
- Prepare and send collection notices, statements, and payment plans
- Collaborate with accounting team to reconcile accounts
- Generate weekly/monthly collection reports for management review
- Adhere to legal compliance in all collection activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- 1-2 years of experience in collections or accounts receivable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of debt collection regulations and practices
