Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end litigation processes for delinquent auto loans
- Represent company in court proceedings and legal hearings
- Develop strategic collection plans for high-risk accounts
- Coordinate with legal counsel to ensure compliance with regulations
- Analyze financial data to assess recovery feasibility
- Train junior staff on litigation procedures and best practices
- Maintain detailed documentation of all legal actions
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve disputes
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Law (required)
- Minimum 2 years' experience in litigation or debt collection
- Active Indonesian Advocate License (Advokat License)
- Strong understanding of commercial law and debt regulations
- Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in legal documentation and court procedures
- Ability to analyze financial data and legal precedents
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
