Tanggung Jawab
- Manage accounts receivable portfolio for property clients in Taguig and Cubao locations
- Initiate contact with delinquent accounts via phone, email, and in-person visits
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements while maintaining client relationships
- Maintain accurate collection records and update CRM systems daily
- Prepare monthly collection reports and performance metrics
- Coordinate with property management teams to resolve billing discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with company policies and collection regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field (fresh graduates welcome)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel essential)
