Tanggung Jawab
- Initiate and manage collection calls and written correspondence for overdue accounts in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Negotiate feasible payment plans and settlements with debtors to ensure account recovery.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions, payment statuses, and account notes in the CRM system.
- Ensure strict adherence to all relevant local and international debt collection laws and company compliance policies.
- Identify and escalate complex or high-risk accounts to senior management for specialized resolution strategies.
- Conduct thorough research to verify debtor information and locate missing contact details when necessary.
- Collaborate with the finance and operations teams to reconcile accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in debt collection, customer service, or sales is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet monthly collection targets.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Valid driver's license is an advantage.
