Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure accurate insurance claim billing in accordance with established standards and procedures
- Monitor and track payment processes to minimize overdue receivables
- Communicate effectively with insurance providers to resolve billing discrepancies
- Maintain detailed records of all collection activities and communications
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure proper documentation and coding
- Follow up on unpaid claims and patient balances in a timely manner
- Generate regular reports on collection performance and identify areas for improvement
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in medical billing or healthcare collections
- Familiarity with insurance claim processes and billing regulations
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in billing software and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, accounting, or related field preferred
