Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor collection teams to achieve monthly recovery targets
- Develop and implement effective collection strategies and procedures
- Monitor accounts receivable aging and initiate recovery actions
- Resolve complex payment disputes through negotiation and communication
- Prepare regular performance reports for senior management
- Ensure compliance with credit policies and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with accounting department to reconcile discrepancies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Minimum 3 years' experience in credit management or collections
- Proven supervisory experience with team leadership
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and collection software
- Excellent communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Knowledge of Malaysian credit regulations and best practices
