Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of collection agents to achieve performance targets
- Monitor and analyze team metrics (KPIs) to identify improvement opportunities
- Implement effective collection strategies while ensuring regulatory compliance
- Handle escalated customer issues and complex resolution scenarios
- Develop and conduct training programs to enhance agent skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize collection workflows
- Generate performance reports and present insights to senior management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years' experience in collections or call center operations
- 1+ years in a supervisory or team leadership role
- Strong knowledge of debt collection regulations and compliance standards
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Proven ability to analyze data and implement process improvements
- Proficiency in CRM systems and collection software
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends if required
