- Design and implement comprehensive training programs for collection team members
- Conduct training sessions on effective collection techniques, negotiation skills, and regulatory compliance
- Develop training materials, including manuals, presentations, and assessment tools
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments
- Provide coaching and feedback to collection agents to improve their performance

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in credit collection or related financial services
- Previous experience in training, coaching, or team development roles
- Strong knowledge of collection methodologies, negotiation techniques, and regulatory compliance
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and motivate trainees
