ENTECH is currently looking for a dedicated and results-oriented Collections Analyst to join our finance team in Quezon City. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing the company's accounts receivable and ensuring a healthy cash flow by effectively following up on outstanding payments. You will act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding overdue accounts, utilizing a strategic approach to recover debts while maintaining positive client relationships.

You will work closely with the credit and sales departments to resolve billing discrepancies, prepare collection reports, and implement strategies to minimize bad debt. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and analyze accounts receivable aging reports to identify overdue accounts.
- Execute regular follow-up routines via phone, email, and other communication channels to recover outstanding balances.
- Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements with delinquent customers.
- Collaborate with the sales and credit teams to investigate and resolve billing disputes.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, or monthly collection reports to management.
- Update and maintain customer records in the CRM system with the latest payment status.
- Ensure strict adherence to company collection policies and regulatory compliance standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in collections, accounts receivable, or debt recovery.
- Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and persuasive demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle difficult conversations with customers.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
