- Manage and follow up on overdue accounts to ensure timely collection of payments
- Develop and implement effective collection strategies tailored to different client profiles
- Communicate professionally with clients to resolve payment issues and maintain positive relationships
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and recommend process improvements
- Collaborate with sales and credit teams to establish appropriate credit terms and limits
- Maintain accurate records of collection activities and prepare regular reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or collections
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and compliance requirements
