Tanggung Jawab
- Manage inbound and outbound calls to resolve client inquiries related to collections, fraud, and account management.
- Analyze customer accounts to identify fraudulent activity and implement appropriate risk mitigation strategies.
- Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements with clients in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and account activities in our internal systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex account issues and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay updated on financial regulations, bank policies, and fraud prevention techniques.
- Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in continuous training and development sessions to enhance your financial services expertise.
Kualifikasi
- College graduate in any field; fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- At least 0-2 years of experience in call center, customer service, or financial services (experience in Collections or Fraud is a plus).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
- Willingness to work in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, and on shifting schedules (including night shifts).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
- A passion for customer service and a desire to grow within a global organization.
