Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and follow up on overdue accounts to ensure timely payment
- Communicate professionally with clients regarding outstanding debts
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements with debtors
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of collection activities
- Collaborate with team members to achieve collection targets
- Utilize collection software and tools effectively
- Adhere to all relevant collection laws and regulations
- Provide regular reports on collection progress and metrics
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in debt recovery or collections preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
