Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and track account collection status daily to ensure timely payments.
- Proactively contact customers regarding outstanding balances while maintaining professional rapport.
- Investigate complex delinquency cases to identify root causes and potential risk factors.
- Negotiate payment plans and settlement arrangements in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all collection activities and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve disputes and process adjustments.
- Prepare regular reports on collection performance and aged account analysis for management review.
- Ensure full compliance with industry regulations and internal data privacy standards.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in collections, credit control, or accounts receivable.
- Strong understanding of risk management principles and debt recovery processes.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to handle difficult conversations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and CRM software.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a target-driven environment.
- Proven ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
- Must be able to commit to the duration of the contract.
