Tanggung Jawab
- Contact customers with overdue accounts via phone, email, and digital channels
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements to resolve outstanding balances
- Maintain accurate records of collection activities and customer interactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve billing discrepancies
- Meet/exceed monthly collection targets and KPIs
- Provide professional and empathetic customer service during sensitive discussions
- Generate detailed reports on collection performance and account statuses
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years of experience in collections or customer service
- Excellent verbal/written communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet performance targets
- Detail-oriented with organizational skills for record-keeping
- Resilience to handle customer objections professionally
