Tanggung Jawab
- Manage high-volume outbound and inbound calls to US-based clients regarding overdue accounts.
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements while maintaining positive client relationships.
- Accurately update and maintain account information within the CRM system.
- Monitor and track account statuses, escalating complex issues to management when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with international collection laws and internal company policies.
- Prepare periodic reports on collection progress and financial discrepancies.
- Address customer inquiries and disputes in a professional and timely manner.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of experience in BPO Collections or a related financial services role.
- Excellent command of the English language (written and verbal).
- Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work within shifting schedules to align with US business hours.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and CRM software.
- Ability to handle sensitive financial information with strict confidentiality.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business is a plus.
