As a Collector, you will be the face of our commitment to customer satisfaction and financial accountability. You will be responsible for managing accounts receivable, negotiating payment terms, and resolving outstanding balances efficiently. Tanggung Jawab
- Follow up on overdue invoices and accounts to ensure timely payments from customers.
- Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, or in-person to discuss payment arrangements and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities and financial transactions in the system.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports to the management team.
- Identify potential risks in accounts and escalate them to the finance department for further action.
- Adhere to company policies and legal regulations regarding debt collection practices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration is a plus).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a collection role, sales, or customer service.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor when dealing with challenging situations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict daily and monthly targets.
- Fluent in Indonesian (both oral and written) and basic English is an advantage.
