Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Accounting Personnel and Finance Manager in daily accounting activities to ensure seamless business operations.
- Monitor and manage accounts receivable, ensuring all invoices are processed and payments are collected in a timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with clients or debtors regarding payment schedules and outstanding balances to maintain positive relationships.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and other financial documents accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date physical and digital filing systems for financial records.
- Support month-end closing procedures and assist in preparing basic financial reports as needed.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a collection role or accounting support is preferred but not required.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy when handling financial data.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
- Basic knowledge of accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks) is a plus.
