Colourist (Singapore) - Hogarth Worldwide

We are currently seeking an exceptionally talented and passionate Colourist to join our vibrant team in Singapore.
This is an outstanding opportunity to work on some of the most prestigious high-end beauty, personal care, and premium FMCG advertising campaigns in the region. As a key member of our post-production team, you will be responsible for shaping the visual narrative of our clients' brands, ensuring every frame meets the highest standards of color fidelity and artistic expression.
You will collaborate closely with directors, editors, and creative teams to define the look and feel of projects from concept to final delivery. Your deep understanding of color science, combined with your technical mastery of industry-leading grading tools, will be critical in delivering award-winning work.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform primary and secondary color grading on commercials, digital ads, and social media content.
- Collaborate with directors, DOPs, and creative teams to establish the visual tone and mood of each project.
- Ensure absolute color consistency across multiple deliverables and platforms (Broadcast, Digital, OOH).
- Operate and maintain state-of-the-art color grading suites, utilizing DaVinci Resolve and Baselight.
- Create technical deliverables and conform grades for broadcast and digital distribution.
- Advise on production and post-production workflows for optimal color management and efficiency.
- Maintain an exceptional portfolio of high-end beauty, personal care, and premium FMCG advertising work.
- Stay abreast of the latest color grading techniques, technologies, and industry trends to continuously improve quality.
Kualifikasi
- Proven professional experience as a Colourist, with a strong portfolio specifically showcasing high-end beauty, personal care, or premium FMCG advertising.
- Expert proficiency in DaVinci Resolve. Experience with Baselight is a significant advantage.
- Deep understanding of color theory, color science, and visual storytelling techniques.
- Strong eye for detail, passion for creating visually stunning imagery, and a meticulous workflow.
- Experience working with ACES, various RAW formats, codecs, and finishing workflows.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under tight deadlines.
- A degree in Film, Animation, Visual Effects, or a related field is highly preferred.
