As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end visual identity of Warung Local. Your role will bridge the gap between digital storytelling and physical brand experiences, ensuring that our social media channels are as inviting and high-quality as our in-store atmosphere. We are looking for a self-starter who can translate the 'local' essence into modern, high-conversion content that resonates with both local residents and international visitors. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute high-quality visual content for social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Design in-store marketing collateral such as menus, promotional posters, and signage that align with brand guidelines.
- Manage the monthly social media content calendar, ensuring timely posting and strategic alignment with business goals.
- Monitor current digital trends and implement creative strategies to increase audience engagement and follower growth.
- Handle community management by responding to comments and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with the management team to capture and edit high-quality photography and videography of food and lifestyle scenes.
- Maintain consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all digital and physical touchpoints.
Kualifikasi
- Proven professional experience as a Graphic Designer or Social Media Specialist, preferably within the F&B or hospitality industry.
- Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or advanced proficiency in Canva.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a keen eye for typography, layout, and social media content creation.
- Solid understanding of social media algorithms, analytics, and engagement strategies.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid-remote environment while meeting strict deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Indonesian to engage with a diverse audience.
- Currently residing in Bali with a deep understanding of the local market trends and culture.
