Senior Marketing System Indonesia is seeking a highly talented and innovative 3D Designer to join our dynamic creative team in Jakarta Selatan. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in conceptualizing and executing high-quality 3D designs, primarily supporting leading Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) clients and other well-known international brands.
As a Creative 3D Designer, you will translate marketing strategies and creative briefs into stunning visual realities. You will collaborate closely with art directors, account managers, and clients to develop experiential designs, product packaging, exhibition booths, and retail displays. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop high-quality 3D designs, models, and realistic renderings for exhibition booths, retail displays, and experiential marketing activations.
- Collaborate with the creative and account management teams to understand client briefs, particularly for FMCG and reputable global brands.
- Create detailed technical drawings, layouts, and material specifications for production and construction teams.
- Translate conceptual ideas and 2D key visuals into immersive 3D assets and environments.
- Present design concepts and spatial ideas clearly to internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, software, and production materials to ensure cutting-edge deliverables.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while adhering to strict project timelines and brand guidelines.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Architecture, Interior Design, Fine Arts, or a related creative field.
- Proven experience of 2-4 years as a 3D Designer, ideally within an advertising agency, event organizer, or creative studio.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in 3D modeling, rendering (ideally showcasing retail displays, booths, or product designs).
- Proficiency in industry-standard 3D software such as 3ds Max, Blender, SketchUp, Cinema 4D, V-Ray, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Excellent understanding of materials, lighting, spatial design, and technical production feasibility.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising on design quality.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
